Charlie Otten is diligent in his approach and understands the importance of strong client service. Charlie supports several of the firm’s practice areas, including banking and finance law, business law and litigation, and real estate law. Charlie’s banking law experience ranges from loan document negotiation to enforcement and collection, specifically negotiation of deposit account control agreements, financial restructuring and bankruptcy, and foreclosure. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining the firm, Charlie interned for the Honorable Leon W. Tucker of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the Philadelphia City Solicitor.
