Scott Rickman’s practice is focused on representing lenders in foreclosure cases, bankruptcy matters, loan restructures, commercial collections and lender liability defense. Scott is known for his almost constant availability to his clients and his high level of responsiveness to their needs. - Has dealt with particularized problems concerning recovery of inventory and collection of accounts receivables held as collateral.
