Morgan Pottinger McGarvey announced today that Ben Crittenden has been named a shareholder. Crittenden’s practice focuses on banking and administrative law, representing banks and businesses in litigation matters. He was recently recognized by Super Lawyers® for excellence in administrative law.

A skilled litigator, Crittenden routinely represents clients in commercial and business disputes in state and federal court. He also represents clients through all levels of the administrative process, appearing before various regulatory and licensing boards and seeing matters through appeals to all levels of Kentucky’s courts. His comprehensive experience includes matters involving the Board of Tax Appeals, Department of Financial Institutions, Public Service Commission, Transportation Cabinet, Department of Insurance and various professional licensing boards.
Crittenden is a board member of the Kentucky Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Law after earning a bachelor’s degree at Transylvania University.
