MPM’s Tom Coffey was the lead counsel for Jason Moseley, a former Louisville Metro Police Department officer, who was awarded $453,000 by a jury after winning a verdict in a retaliation case. Moseley sued LMPD and his former Sergeant, Anthony Doninger, for retaliation after he reported a fellow detective in the department’s Sex Crimes Unit for an alleged sexual assault.
“Anyone looking at what Jason did was going to look at it and say that’s the kind of officer, that’s the kind of detective, that we want on LMPD, that we’re proud of,” said Coffey.
Coffey’s practice at Morgan Pottinger McGarvey focuses on individuals who have been wrongfully terminated from work.
