Scott Rickman will be presenting at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar in Cincinnati on Wednesday, August, 22. The program includes sessions for both consumer and business specialists. Scott will be representing the creditor’s point of view as part of a consumer session entitled, “Evidence and Trial Skills in Consumer Bankruptcy Cases.”
Scott’s practice is focused on representing lenders in foreclosure cases, bankruptcy matters, loan restructures, commercial collections and lender liability defense. Best Lawyers® named Scott “Lawyer of the Year” for 2019 in Lexington, Ky., for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law. This recognition is awarded to individual attorneys with the highest overall peer-feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Best Lawyers also recognized Scott in the area of Mortgage Banking Foreclosure Law.
