Morgan & Pottinger’s Molly E. Rose, John T. McGarvey and Tom Coffey have been recognized as “Top Lawyers” in Louisville Magazine. Each year, the publication distinguishes top lawyers based on a survey distributed to active members of the Louisville Bar Association. Rose was recognized as a Top Lawyer for collections and Coffey was named a Top Lawyer for criminal defense – white collar. McGarvey was recognized in three categories: banking law and business/commercial law.
