LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Morgan & Pottinger, P.S.C. is pleased to announce that Thomas Coffey, Taylor Hamilton and Bradley Salyer have been named shareholders of the law firm. Each will take on additional responsibilities in expanding Morgan & Pottinger’s practice areas, including banking and finance law, real estate law and commercial litigation.
Thomas R. Coffey – Coffey’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment and labor law, personal injury law and white-collar criminal defense. He attended Notre Dame Law School and has been recognized as a “Kentucky Rising Star” by Super Lawyers® in civil litigation since 2013. He is chairman of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and is licensed in Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
Taylor M. Hamilton – Hamilton’s practice focuses on foreclosure, commercial litigation and real estate. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and has been recognized as a “Kentucky Rising Star” by Super Lawyers® in real estate law since 2013. He is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana, and he is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Bradley S. Salyer – Salyer’s practice focuses on banking and finance law, commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and appellate law. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and has been recognized as a “Kentucky Rising Star” by Super Lawyers® in business bankruptcy law since 2013. Salyer leads Morgan & Pottinger’s Bowling Green office, and he was instrumental in the firm’s efforts to open an office there to serve South Central Kentucky clients. He is licensed in Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana.
