M&P’s Molly E. Rose and John T. McGarvey were recently recognized as “Top Lawyers” in Louisville Magazine. Each year, the publication distinguishes top lawyers based on a survey distributed to active members of the Louisville Bar Association. Rose was recognized as a top lawyer and McGarvey was recognized in Banking Law.
Rose’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and subrogation. She is an M&P shareholder and sits on the firm’s Management Team.
McGarvey’s practice concentrates on secured transactions, municipal law, the representation of banks and other lenders in litigation, and matters under the Uniform Commercial Code. His legal accomplishments have been recognized by his election to the American Law Institute and inclusion in lists such as Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, Top Lawyers and Preeminent Attorneys.
