About Mindy
Some of Mindy’s favorite pastimes include reading, watching University of Kentucky basketball games and going to the park with her son. She also enjoys traveling. Mindy studied in Segovia, Spain, as an undergraduate and has traveled to many other interesting places including Ireland, China, Sweden and Iceland.
