Morgan Pottinger McGarvey announced today that Kami Griffith has been promoted to senior associate. Griffith’s practice focuses primarily on banking and finance law and commercial real estate law, while also supporting the firm’s foreclosure and loan document negotiation work. She was named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for banking law in 2023 and 2024.
“Kami is an integral part of our team and has shown tremendous dedication to our clients and the firm,” said MPM Managing Director Charlie Otten. “During her time at MPM, Kami has worked on a variety of legal matters, demonstrating great versatility and enthusiasm. Her promotion is well deserved.”
Griffith is based in MPM’s Louisville office. She is a member of the American Heart Association Louisville Associate Board. She completed Leadership Louisville’s Focus Louisville program in 2022.
Griffith graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky and earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. She is admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
