Three Morgan Pottinger McGarvey attorneys recently presented at the University of Kentucky College of Law’s 40th Annual Conference on Legal Issues for Financial Institutions.
John McGarvey provided annual legislative and UCC updates for bank lawyers. Tom Fenton updated participants on bank litigation, and Thurman Senn presented legal ethics for bank counsel.
The conference is designed to provide in-house counsel, private practitioners representing financial institutions, commercial law practitioners and others with instruction, offering emphasis on the changes occurring over the past year in law of the banking industry. Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, this year’s program was presented as a webinar via Zoom.
