MPM’s Michael Troutman recently obtained a six-figure judgment on a client’s behalf in a construction industry dispute arbitrated with the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration related to three large commercial construction projects and involved complex issues relating to scope of work and termination provisions. The arbitrator’s award resolved a multi-year dispute over payment, and compensated MPM’s client for the work completed on the three projects.
