The Lane Report has named Mindy Sunderland among its annual list of Top Women in Business in Kentucky. Click here to read her story in the October issue.
Mindy joined M&P 13 years ago after attending the University of Kentucky College of Law (2003) and Transylvania University (2000). She is a shareholder, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the chair of M&P’s Marketing Committee.
Mindy also serves on the board of directors and as chair of the development committee for Family Scholar House. The Louisville non-profit’s mission is to end the cycle of poverty by assisting single parents to obtain college degrees. In addition, she chairs the board of trustees for the Eastwood Fire Protection District and is treasurer of the IOLTA Board of Trustees. Mindy loves traveling and recently visited Iceland.
Mindy’s legal practice concentrates on banking and finance law, loan workouts, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, including foreclosure, and matters under the Uniform Commercial Code.
