REMINDER: New Kentucky laws passed during the 2016 regular legislative session will take effect Friday, July 15, 2016 (except for general appropriation measures and those laws containing emergency or delayed effective date provisions).
New Real Property Deed Requirement Starts July 15th: Section 15 of House Bill 422 amends KRS 382.135 to require that “a deed to real property shall contain … the full name of the grantor and grantee”.
