Emily leads M&P’s equine law practice, representing veterinarians, owners in litigation and transactions, and lenders in front-end documentation, work-outs, litigation and enforcement of the bank’s collateral. Her practice also includes foreclosures, loan workouts, commercial litigation and commercial real estate transactions. Emily is a shareholder and managing director of M&P’s Lexington office. She is also a member of the firm’s Marketing Committee and Litigation Practice Group.
