Mindy Sunderland will chair the University of Kentucky’s Biennial Collection Law Conference on April 18 in Lexington, Ky. John McGarvey will present on “Prejudgment Remedies/Postjudgment Collection” at 10:45 a.m. Thurman Senn will follow with “Specialty Situated Defendants and Statutory Liens” at 3:30 p.m.
